Carolina Access

This program is North Carolina's Primary Care Case Management Program and is designed to provide a more efficient and effective healthcare delivery system for Medicaid recipients.

Carolina ACCESS brings a system of coordinated care to the Medicaid program by linking each eligible recipient with a primary care provider, and by improving access to primary care and encouraging a stable doctor-patient relationship. MTW Carolina Access enrollees should receive all of their health care at our clinic sites and call clinic staff if they have questions or problems.
